Sales and Disposal of Obsolete Books, Equipment and Supplies
Sales and Rentals of Property

The disposal of obsolete books, equipment and supplies, shall be in accordance with Town Charter section 5-22 (competitive bidding).

No private sales shall be made of school property.

The portion of Policy 3260 that covers disposal of obsolete books is superseded by Policy 3260.1 adopted February 23, 1981.
