As you may have noticed we have changed the file format of our meeting minutes and agendas. Previously we used Adobe's Acrobat Reader to present our files online. Currently we are using something called FlashPaper. There are several advantages to using this type of file including faster downloads to your computer, and a new navigation bar with easy to use buttons that allow for zooming, searching, rotating, and printing of the files.

We have had several questions regarding the printing of such FlashPaper documents and find that some people are having issues with it. The proper method for printing this type of file is to use the printer icon built into the bar across the top of each document. What you don't want to do is select "File", "Print", from your browser menu as doing so may result in partial or jumbled prints.
